This Privacy Policy explains how Invisionary Ventures LLC dba Invisionary Financial ("Invisionary Financial," "Invisionary," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. If we engage with you as a client, the handling of any information you share with us in the course of that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, not this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
The Site does not include a contact form or newsletter signup. If you book an introductory call through our Book a Call page, you do so through an embedded Google Calendar Appointments scheduler. Any information you submit in that flow (such as your name, email address, and any optional notes) is collected and processed by Google on our behalf; we receive a notification of the booking. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you send.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, operated by Google LLC) generates standard server access logs that include your IP address, user agent, the requested URL, the referring URL, and the date and time of the request.
Once Google Analytics 4 is enabled on the Site, it will collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, session duration, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address (with IP anonymization applied by default), device and browser type, the source that referred you to the Site, and a pseudonymous client identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics 4 does not, by default, collect data that directly identifies you.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Once Google Analytics 4 is enabled, the Site will set cookies named _ga and _ga_<property-id>. These cookies hold a pseudonymous identifier used to distinguish visitors and sessions and typically persist for approximately thirteen months. The Site does not set advertising, social-media, or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or disable JavaScript. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" of personal information for purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), although as noted below we do not in fact sell or share personal information.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries and manage introductory calls and engagements;
- Operate, measure, secure, and improve the Site;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service Providers and Third Parties
We rely on a small set of third-party service providers to operate the Site. Each receives only the information needed for its specific role:
- Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) — serves the Site and generates standard access logs.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — collects analytics data about Site usage.
- Google Calendar Appointments (Google LLC) — powers the booking flow on the Book a Call page.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — delivers the typeface used on the Site; receives your IP address as part of the request.
Each provider's handling of your information is governed by its own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use the Site for behavioral advertising.
5. How Information Is Shared
We share information only with the service providers listed above for the purposes described, when required to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Server logs are retained per Firebase Hosting's default retention period.
- Google Analytics data is retained per the data-retention setting configured on our Google Analytics property and is then deleted by Google on a rolling basis.
- Booking records and email correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage the inquiry or engagement, and are deleted on request unless we are required to retain them.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Site, including the use of reputable service providers and HTTPS for all Site traffic. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by the Site.
8. Your Choices and Rights — California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights with respect to personal information we collect about you:
- The right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and (if applicable) sold or shared;
- The right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information;
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is permitted without a separate "limit" right under the CPRA. No separate "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism is required.
To exercise your rights, email us at privacy@invisionaryfinancial.com, or use the booking form on our Book a Call page to reach us. We will verify your request by asking you to confirm information we already hold (such as the email address you used to book a call). Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization. We will respond within the time required by law.
Where a request asks us to delete personal information, we will do so and, where applicable, instruct our service providers (including Google Analytics) to do the same, subject to their technical limitations and standard processing timelines.
9. Your Choices and Rights — EU/UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (and the UK GDPR) gives you certain rights with respect to personal data we process about you, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent you have given and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We process personal data on the following legal bases: our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site and in responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, including booking an introductory call (Article 6(1)(b)); your consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)); and compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Personal data we collect is processed in the United States. Where data is transferred from the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on our service providers' Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards adopted by the European Commission. To exercise any of your rights, email us at privacy@invisionaryfinancial.com.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
Web browsers can transmit a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no consistent industry standard for how websites should respond to it, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for CCPA purposes, where technically feasible.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
